Need to search a document for a word that shows up frequently? Here's a quicker way to do it without the dialogue box blocking your view.
1. On a Word document, begin the search function by clicking Find under the Edit menu or pressing Ctrl and the F key. In the dialogue box, type in the information you are seeking and click Find Next to locate the first occurrence.
2. To continue searching without the dialogue box blocking the document, press the Esc key or click Cancel on the dialogue box.
3. To find all other occurrences of the search object, hold the Shift key down and press the F4 key. Continue pressing F4 repeatedly to search the entire document.
