Can't put down your iPhone, even for the big game? Check out these apps, all available on iTunes:

- A+ Superbowl Commer-cials: This no-frills app by developer Scott Falbo links to YouTube videos of some of the best ads from recent years. Free.

- Party Planner: Not sure how much to buy when you go to the liquor store? This app from 2.1 Films does the calculating for you. Tell it how many guests you'll have, make a few customization selections, and the app creates a shopping list for you. Free.

- Super Bowl XLIV Count-down: Just can't wait for the game? Developer Ben Cousins has created a simple countdown to tell you (to the second) how long you have to wait until kickoff. Free.

- Superbowl Trivia: Quiz your party guests with trivia questions from Thirtynine LLC. $1.99.

- All Football Glossary: Someone on TV just mentioned "bump-and-run" _ what the heck is that? Deep Powder Software has the answer with an app that explains football terminology. 99 cents.
